Melissa Foro
Melissa Foro began her career in healthcare with a deep commitment to understanding every department involved in patient care. Her leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to clearly communicate with patients and families quickly earned the recognition of physicians and administrators, leading to consistent advancement throughout her career.
With extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, Melissa advanced into leadership roles including Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Regional Director. She has also served as a hospice supervisor and was selected as the first dedicated nursing tutor at a local college, supporting the next generation of nurses.
Having worked across multiple areas of senior living and care in Florida, Melissa offers a rare perspective that integrates medical, administrative, and personal considerations. She guides clients through every stage of the care continuum, helping families navigate physician communication, facility coordination, and insurance requirements with confidence and clarity.
